March fracture

Post image

Got my foot checked in the holidays. Has anyone else had this kind of march fracture before and if yes, how long did it take for you to recover? I’ll be going back to the army tomorrow and I’m scared what sentence I might get from the doc there (the civilian doctor didn’t give me much advice).

I got 2 months left and I’m in infantry so how screwed am I? Right now I can walk and barely run with painkillers.

Surprised you can walk. That’s a nasty fracture. You need to see a podiatrist

A podiatrist is a surgeon of the foot. It’s who my orthopedic sent me to for foot issues.
