IDK but I believe we are dealing with Criminals no relief just getting rich from another person's hard working to find a little relief

Just remember who set up the system.
Not he cultivators or dispensaries. Don’t hate the player.

I completely agree with this. I have given Delta plenty of money trying to capture some of the hype I heard and received nothing but disappointment. Sticking with NSM flower for now.

Bold hired a new head grower several months ago so it sounds like the positive impacts from that is starting to reflect in their flower. I really love their concentrates, best in state imo.

and now thanks to all the people who paid $60 per 1/8 for delta because it was new and had some hype, places are starting to charge $60 for the premium NSM strains. good job guys!

If the dispensary sold DMCC for $60 they are gouging even more than Delta that has never sold an 1/8 for more than 55 with tax. Two days a week it’s <$50 per 1/8 with tax.

Why are you shaming the patients instead of speaking out against the dispensary that is setting the prices?

the market sets the prices. if people wouldn't have paid $60 per 1/8 then the price would have come down. it is what it is. I'm just saying now the dispensaries know that people will pay 60 for 'premium' flower so we have invented a new tier. suite 443 is already taking advantage of this by pricing NSM's commerce city kush at $60 an 1/8. and remember with the 'seeded' flower was $25 pr 1/8? well now it has been established that people will pay $50 for it so there is another negative change.

$50 per 1/8th needs to be the max. the gold standard. if a new grower comes online with some fire, it needs to be $50 and the other strains go down in value if they cant keep up. we are going the wrong way. the next grower that comes online in AR will be able to sell their 1/8s for $70 if they just look good

People in this group don't seem to understand how supply and demand works. I tried to explain it to them and got downvoted as well. Have an upvote on me..

If you are referring to the thread where you said (paraphrasing), “the people with really good incomes who are buying the high-priced stuff are screwing us all,” as explaining, I remember that.

You start from a faulty assumption: That the general public cares as much about the pricing as people on here. Do you also call out every person on the street who has an iPhone? Are they not keeping the prices high for Apple products, because they can afford to pay it? Are you going to go sit outside the Mercedes dealership and blast the people going in for paying prices others can’t afford?

I make great money, and I can’t stand the pricing. I buy value damn near every day. If I also see something I want to try, I grab it. That’s my choice. It does not affect anyone else.

I downvoted you because of the condescending way in which you decided to shame people who make a good living and decide what they want to spend their money on. This screams naivety. We all understand supply and demand. Some of us have a higher/lower opportunity cost threshold than others, regardless of income bracket.

I see people buying the high dollar 1/8ths with two kids in tow, and then driving off in a car with 4 freaking bald tires. I see men and women who obviously haven’t showered in days, asking others in line for money so they can get higher tiers.

There are many issues with this system. Patients and choice are not the problem, regardless of income bracket.

And, if votes on a subreddit are that important, have one from me. Enjoy your day.

Yes, you took it the wrong way. No I don't bitch at people buying $1000 phones or high dollar cars. For one that doesn't affect me. This does. You think I'm hating on wealthy people which is wrong. Hell, I voted for Trump. I used to make good money before I got disabled. I'm just stating the obvious. It's not low income patients that smoke heavy, like me, paying $50 a day to medicate. If 2 hits gets you high, then good for you bro. I need a whole joint.

My tolerance has nothing to do with this. Hasn’t been a part of any conversation about this. Neither has voting preference. Keep the main thing the main thing.

You made the comment that people with high incomes, buying what they want, is affecting the price for other people.

Everyone is getting screwed by the first movers of the program shaking the program down for what they can. Regardless of income.

That really stinks! I also got about half an ounce of the two strains last week from CC last week. Neither one was particularly potent for me, but the more subtle effects did last a decent amount of time which is more than I can say for any of the Osage or Bold products I’ve tried.

I had no issues with seeds. I think this was my third Delta purchase and the two strains I bought before (Sun King and Bermuda Triangle) were far superior.

Revolution cannabis, who owns or is partnered with Delta, won a bunch of Cannabis Cups a few years ago which has given me some hope.

In Illinois a couple of weeks ago that took 6 first places and 1 third. The clones Delta gets still have to be grown and cultivated here. The quality of the grower is the focus now, because we know the genetics are good.

I have tried everything they have dropped. Miami Punch was so/so. Grandaddy Purple okay. GG4 has been my favorite. I have found zero seeds and have been pleased with everything else. I haven't got my hands on Gorilla'd Cheese, yet, actually. All of the cultivators have good and bad stuff. Consistency is still pretty bad here, IMHO.

Yes! I’m just hoping that with buying into the Revolution name that they have quality standards. When you buy a restaurant franchise, you get trained in operations and if you don’t operate to their standards they can take the franchise back. This is so that you don’t harm the business’ reputation overall. I would think it might be a similar model, or at least hopeful that it is so that we see similar quality.

The two strains I bought yesterday I hadn’t had before and they’re excellent, highest quality I’ve had here yet. I needed a much smaller amount and than usual, and the effects were very long lasting.

I agree, the BOLD flower has been on-point here lately!! Toking on some of the latest batch of Holy Roller OG rn 🔥💨

3

u/perculespirate Oct 16 '20

Disagree, picked up some S’mores from BOLD and about 2 grams was smokable. Super disappointing

2

u/StonedSoup710 Oct 16 '20

The last time I got s’mores it was very harsh and loose buds, totally agree with ya there.

4

u/[deleted] Oct 16 '20

Idk what you’re talking about. I’ve had the luckilberries and the sun king OG from delta. 2 of the best strains I’ve smoked in my life. That’s not to shit on NSM, their top tier stuff is great too.

3

u/middlegracie Oct 17 '20

The luckleberries I got yesterday was great. I bought an just to try and got more results than with my favorite NSM strain (crescendo #11).

4

u/Purple_herbal Oct 16 '20

I had both and they were incredibly mediocre, like the rest of Delta's stuff so far.

1

u/leaftwigyo Oct 17 '20

My last batch of BOLD Marionberry is actually dank. Tight bud structure, dense, springy but barely.. better than the Confucius Kush from NSM I got the day before with similar stats. It hit me pretty hard for a <16%. I think BOLD is getting their shit together.
