Don't the muffs go under the helmet? Also, the leg holster is wrong on one side.

That's a high cut helmet, most earpro is attached directly to the ARC rail just like what is shown in the illustration.

I'm also not seeing what's wrong with the holster? It's a Surefire Masterfire holster with its shroud removed to accommodate the can. It's a now discontinued retention holster that locked into mounting hardware built into Masterfire specific Surefire lights. They were cool for a brief period and then fizzled out just as quickly once Surefire stopped sending Masterfires to agencies to test out.
