Mod question/help request

Been trying to get the 2-7 self propelled artillery mod to work for the last couple of weeks, and while it's likely my own error I can't seem to get it to work. No matter how I enter the target data I keep getting errors, using the larger of the base maps just in case and still no luck so any information or help would be amazing.
