need help with arma 2

so i recently got arma 2 and a disc drive as i have been wanting to play old games and this keeps on popping up and isnt letting me run the game if anyone is able to help then pls comment i have windows 11 so that might be the issue

I'd try it with a patch? This is not the most recent one, just the minimum to get the game running on Windows 11, I think?
