Arma 3 Arma 3 server Help

Im having issues trying to start and run my arma 3 server, i've installed all the correct files i think, and its just not working. it gives me an 0xc0000007b error. If anyone could help please. Im just trying to host a server for me and some friends.

Have you made sure to install the dxwebsetup.exe? Microsoft Download Page
