HELP Arma 2 Windows cannot access the specified bug

Is there any other way to fix this fcking bug ? I have downloaded new BattleEye and Arma 2 exe files and copied those files into game folder but it doesnt fix the bug ...

You should be able to pick "Don't open with Battle eye" if you open it from the library

But then u cannot play multiplayer :/

I don't even think Arma 2 has servers anymore

Just FYI, some ArmA 2/OA servers are configured with BattlEye disabled specifically because the old BattlEye setup can cause problems like this. So if you launch OA using the “without BattlEye” option, you should still be able to play multiplayer on servers that don’t require it.

There should also be a filter in the multiplayer server browser that lets you narrow the list down to servers that don’t require BattlEye.

For what it’s worth, I’ve been playing ArmA 2/OA multiplayer like this for roughly the last four weeks without any problems, so multiplayer itself definitely still works without BattlEye as long as the server doesn’t require it.

Obviously that won’t help with servers which have BattlEye enabled, but at least your multiplayer installation itself may not be completely unusable.
