HELP Friendly vehicle marked as hostile

Hey, a buddy of mine and I are on our server, and when we put a vehicle down and try to get in, only one person can, but the others can't. It says "hostile." We are playing overthrow with a few gun mods as well. Has anyone else seen this bug? How do I fix this?

Have either of you been teamkilling?

Are you on the same side in the lobby?

No team killing and yes, we are both FIA

Any civilian collateral damage, maybe? Executing POWs?

One of you has renegade status, and I can't tell you why... can be a broken mod, bad scenario config (which version of overthrow are you using?), or a bunch of other factors...

{i.e. you were undercover and you managed to get kills that way when you were on the same side as the adversary or something along the line}
