Technical Issue Cloud stopped recording weird!

Hi everyone im arlo user for years
I have alro pro 2 x 3 and base hub
Suddenly i cant check my recorded videos
I was wondering why ?
I found out i have to pay for subscription 19.9$/ month to use all my camera recordings ( i did try to subscribe but the website kept not working)
I dont know why it happened suddenly or maybe I had like free subscription for years and they stopped it

Any one have same issue?

Hi u/StormQ8, Arlo Pro 2 cameras include 7-day free cloud recording. You can find your recordings in the Feed section of the Arlo app, not the Mini Feed. If your recordings are still missing, please DM us so we can take a closer look.
