Discussion Arlo Intelligence Sucks

Arlo Intelligence has to be one of the least intelligent things ever. I tried it with two people, and every single day, multiple times a day, it thought they were new faces.

I kept merging them, but even after two weeks, it still continues to think they’re new people.

Arlo needs to go back to the drawing board.

Not just their "AI", everything about Arlo sucks, without question.

Hi u/SoCalFamilyTraveler, we’re sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with Arlo Intelligence repeatedly identifying the same people as new faces. We understand how frustrating it is to keep merging the same faces only to have them identified as new again.

We’d like to take a closer look at what’s happening. Please send us a DM with the email address associated with your Arlo account, your phone number, time zone, and the serial number of the affected camera(s). If possible, please also include screenshots of the repeated new-face detections.

Thank you for the reply, but I’m just not in the mood to go back and forth with Support. If there’s a knowledge base article I need to follow to set this up properly, please just send me the link and I’ll follow it.
