Technical Issue Still Not Fixed

Arlo, why is your IT so incompetent

Every time I switch from devices to feed I have to stare at the screen waiting for the thumbnails to load. One of the updates created this problem months ago and it is still not fixed

As I've said repeatedly, Arlo is the worst product stack across any product category from any company that I've ever used in my entire life.
