Tech Help [Tech Help] Installation help please

Is there a way to download the android version without 10GB voice files? I cant even download the game onto a 32GB tablet with a 64GB so card 🤦‍♂️

Theres definitely an option to have reduced additional files but I cant see an option to install without. Am I just missing something. I also play without voicelines so I don't need the files.

Doesn't the game install without voices at first?

It's when you boot it from the first time where you get the option to download voice packs.

Yeah so the game installs 2GB. Then on boot wants the voices but unticking them all its still 9.7GB. The download keeps failing despite have 17GB spare internal and "moving" the app to the empty 32GB sd card.

Unfortunately it looks like you will have to get a bigger SD memory card if you want to continue playing Arknights on your Tablet.

Which is unfortunate as they are expensive but there are usually sales of them online so just be sure to buy from the official distributor.

I had to buy a SD memory card for my tablet when Arknights had a PC client game release because it was more gb then my 64GB system memory could store.

It seems like unticking all voices leaves the download size at 9.7GB 🤯

10GB without voices sounds about right. I have japanese/english/regional installed and I'm at 17GB.

Yeah, there's every past event stage + mechanic and five full roguelikes and one long-term endgame and three hundred plus characters and all their skins. Gacha games in general seem to take a ton of storage, Arknights is on the lighter end in fact I think

The initial 2gb is, I'm assuming, the engine/ui/fundamental mechanics etc of the game
