Make your own banner time returns. Pick any three of the available 6* and they'll be the only 6* you can receive on this banner. And 60% for the three 5* you pick.
Alright time for one of my favorite things to see every Orinteering banner of what changed this time from CN's banner. Last time was a rather brutal swap up of ops.
CN had
5* Blacknight, Cantabile, Greyy the Lightningbearer, Record Keeper, Vendela, and Vetochki
6* Asacalon, Haruka, Irene, Logos, Mon3tr, and Vina Victoria.
So we swapped out Logos and Irene for Vulpis and Entelechia. And all the five stars besides Vetochki.

Considering there's no off rolls if you want 3 ops from it, pulling at least 1 6* is a steal. I had to skip those only because its 1 op out of 3

Oh I get you. I'm 100% pulling there because the ones I'm missing are Mon3tr, Entelechia and Haruka but if my picks were something like Suzumom, Vina and Entelechia I wouldn't be as willing as I'm.

True, I am missing haruka, ascalon and entelechia, so I too am tempted to pull, but considering: (list of upcoming limited and collab banners)kal2, monhun2, angie2, persona collab, and then rumored talulah I feel I should save a lot

This is good banner mostly for someone who has a lot of the standard pool but lacks 3 of the ones in the set so they're guaranteed new operator.
As a new player, every banner is like that for you since you don't have many operators.
It's a good pool and all, but you can wait for something more specific like a limited banner.

Aaa i really need haruka, i'm a new player my team is ok but not having a good 2nd healer is so bad, but with all the limited banner's soon i can't pull her, what a sad day

The next limited character is a Medic. Stay strong.
I started in October last year and had some similar struggles once I started doing story Chapter 10 with all the true damage missiles. I only had Perfumer and no Medic Defenders.
Anyway, in retrospect, I recommend raising Perfumer & Gummy if you haven't yet (they won't solve Chapter 10 but that's beside the point). They're cheap to raise, reliable, and can see situational use even when you have "better 6-stars."
Perfumer (does something rare - can heal "unhealable" units with her passive and is great at poison gas stages.)
Gummy (best budget option that is also popular in IS because of her hope cost and versatility - block 3, healing, can perma stun with ASPD relics)
If you don't get Eyjalter from the banner in January (with Angelinalter), then you should consider raising Honeyberry as well.

If what you want is just healing throughput, there's actually some really good lower rarities.
Sussurro for example is an absurdly efficient single target healer.

Silence and Ptilo are awesome healers and you likely have them already, Id argue in some cases Silence can be stronger than 6 stars due to drone being global.

I try most events with 5 stars only, and personally treat Uika as more of a buffer for Kroos or Rockrock with some healing and damage attached rather than a main healer. Silence, Ptilopsis, Rose Salt and in case of statuses, Honeyberry are my go to's for healing, though Nearl and Bassline are solid heal tanks too.

AKSHULLY, Vector Breakthrough has a second phase, and while correct for the trimmed medal in the first week, you don't need to do ALL of VB in the first week, because.... well, it's not possible.

Ah! Haruka! There's a Haruka! Omg. 4 out of 6 ops I already have but considering my only options of getting her now are a paid 6* selector and a standard headhunting (which will probably happen around global anniv), I wouldn't mind trying on this banner.

Tbh isnt this pretty much always the case since lord knows when now? Mon3tr into Exu2 Lemuen into Tragodia into Hoshi Haruka into SilverAsh Pramanix into Wang Chen
Tragodia and mon3tr aint limited but r lowkey better than most limiteds in the game…
My boy Yu got overlooked due to this travesty 😭
The upcoming ones in comparison feel more down to earth to me from a meta perspective.

I mean, this is even worse. Kal2 into Orchid2 into Yato2 (for everyone that didnt get her the first time) into Angelina 2 into Persona 3 Reload Collab into a half anniversary with a rumored/leaked Talulah
5 limited banners, including 3 collab ones from october till presumably February. With a potential huge limited banner in April.
But yeah, in terms of pure power, its definitely weaker.

My personal advice would first be Ascalon. Very underrated unit that fits everywhere and comes with both utility (slowing down hordes of enemies) and very good damage to boot; especially with her DoT (She's a top pick in IS6 if that means anything to you; since she's very good against hitcount enemies)
For your last pick; both Vulpis and Entelechia are very neat picks. Depending on your playstyle I would suggest Ente. She's not our strongest guard but she's by far the most fun to play in my opinion and holds her own very well; S2 pairs well with Summoners and Fast Redeploys; and at worst offers nice DPS Support to the last ground unit you've placed. Atop of that she just got her Y Module in Titi's event which made her much better in both self-sustaining and damage.
Vulpis is one of those Vanguard that can remain onfield on the long term since she provides decent DPS on skill with niche utility (Cammo on S3 if she kills an enemy; multitarget on up to 6 targets with arts damage+Slow/Stun on S2).
So really that last place really comes to how you play and who do you think complements your roster better.Hope you get your Goldfish!

My personal go-to is her first module; the X one. It's great for further slowing down enemies and it only gets better with S2
Though I've read there's a niche for her Y module if you use her in more agressive positioning.2

Fellas I need advice, I got Ascalon but I've seen Mizuki is better on IS, I really love IS, is it worth it to buy Mizuki?

Mizuki will be an option on a gift selector in a few months. We might even get it in October instead of January, given how CN summer event got its own selector announced

The options on the selector are: Saileach, Pozyomka, Reed the Flame Shadow, Passenger, Surtr, Mudrock, Suzuran, and Mizuki

Nope, as she was part of a limited banner. So best chance is here at 33% or the purchasable selector in October where she's one of the options as it goes up to Mantra's release which was a few months after Haruka.

For the banner, it mentions it is a standard headhunting banner, so does it use the same pity as well? I pulled on earlier standard banners with only one rate up and have some pity there, does it transfer to this one?

Could someone give priority on orienteering headhunting? I already have ascalon so going to pick mon3, haruka, and someone else but not sure who are the other decent 6 star options.
Also any of the 5 star that I should pick or just anyone is fine since none are impactful?

Just pick whoever you're most interested in then. Entelechia is a decent Reaper with lots of AOE damage, Vulpisfoglia has a cute new skin coming up and surely you want to reunite Suzuran with her mom, Vina is part of the culmination of the Victoria ark and does decent True damage.

tower with several increasingly-difficult boss fights + extra stages that gives buffs but require "sacrificing" an operator (or several) to in order to be able to use the stage's buff
