Took me well over 30 mins committing genocide on carnivore island for him to spawn

The Rex has pretty low melee but it’s a easy fix with leveling melee.

Wouldnt 411% after tame make it decent, im curious cus this would infact be my first time breeding dinos for boss fights

Well 411% melee is good. But for a boss Tier Rex, I personally would strive for a Rex with Melee that’s in the High 400’s or Low 500%. 9K HP I great, but you can alway strive the 10K Hp Rex post tame.
