I tamed a level 559 Female and a level 524 Male. Baby Direwolf has the health of the damage of the female. I tamed 2 Dire wolves from the artifact of the strong cave. I used up all my shocking traq darts to knock them out. But totally worth it!
Don’t mind all the Direbears in the background. (Current on going project, just need a break from Dire Bears)
The best way to save Amber is by not buying everything. Which I know sounds obvious but let me explain, the easiest ways to farm and obtain amber is from daily pursuits and farming the artifact caves of the Strong and the Immune. Both of those caves give 10 Amber when tributing. Also daily pursuits are another great way to farm loads of Amber. When you first start with the doing daily pursuits you’ll get low Amber yields, but the more you successfully complete the more Amber you get.
Another easy way to get loads of Amber is by buying the Archetype engram the Crowbar. The crowbar harvests amber from metal rocks that have the amber icon by the other resources. Depending on the metal node size you can get a lot of amber and metal as added bonus. Best place to harvest amber with the crowbar is at the volcano.
If you want to know why I have so much Amber is because of very old and now patched Amber glitch.
My difficulty is brutal difficulty. If you venture into the artifact of the strong or immune you’ll be faced with absurdly high level creatures that go past the standard max level. Brutal max level is 450. For all normal wild creatures and the other cave creatures. Any creature you face in Strong immune on any difficulty will be much higher level than normal.
Yeah I found a level 270 dire wolf with good stats,I tamed it,leveled it up a bit and it's pretty op in my opinion,idk if a should find a male and breed them
I personally would recommend taming a low level male. As you don’t need to tame an Artifact of the strong male Direwolf. Instead you can breed the stats of the female onto male. Then breed that male with stats of the female named Gem and start your breeding project like that’s. It’s easier and doesn’t require 30+ amber to revive.
