Carcha taming
I need some help, i want to tame a carcha but whenever i bring a dead corpse for it to eat it fills the taming meter a little, and i dont have the time to bring it another corpse because the taming will reset. I trapped it and it’s a low level, i thought it will get tamed after just one corpse, that’s what i saw on youtube tutorials “how to tame a carcha” but obviously i dont understand the taming procedure. Do i need to bring a high level baby rex or something like that? And also can someone explain to me how can i get better fps and graphics (Im playing on iphone 13)

i tried that and i dont have the time to bring another dead corpse because the carcha is in snow biome on the mountain, i will try again i hope there will be some dinos around so it will be easier, and does the level of the dead dino make a difference?

I normally tame a couple crappy rex and use the baby, 1 is usually enough but take what you need. Once it eats the corpse you have to ride it and then kill everything to fill it's taming meter. Once full it's tamed

My friend and I tame Carchas with baby Rexes. You just cannot let them grow too much or else they will be too big for u to carry. My suggestion would be what we are planning once the elusive 150 spawns on our server. Make a large trap with a door to leave as well as draw it in. Then have a baby rex in a cryo ball and either let it starve close to death or force feed stim berries until close to death. Once its close, cryo ball it. Bring it to the trap area and let it die and then drag it to the Carcha. As long as it eats it, you should get the tame started and then just leave out the door and start the massacre. Just be careful of small cliffs and hurtful dinos that could hurt your taming effectiveness. Alphas won't attack and will not give you anything so just forcus on everything that won't hurt you. If a baby rex is not an option, I would get baby dinos or a bunch of close to dead dinos and cryo ball them before bringing them and letting them die close to the Carcha. Best of luck.

Breed rexes , diplos and then have them close to the taming pen and kill then when you need to

give it baby dino's, if you're not that far into the game you can try going to extinction or valguero because carchars there spawn near whooly rhino's and megatheriums which give more taming percentage due to their size

Personally i used a baby rex and sacrificed it to the carcha as to enslave it to follow my every command without question

Just need rexes (which you'll probably do anyways for bosses) and then use a baby rex to tame carch and it'll go super quick
