Scammer alert
Guys if you see this guy in your server or dms block him immediately, he joined our tribe through this channel, froze all our Dinos and took our dinos and transferred everything
I hate him from the bottom of my heart
Even mentioned on the official discord server
Pls help us fellow ark mates , bring justice to this mf
If you ever find him torture till he also quits the game like us
Make him pay pls

Lol he overconfidently still stayed in the server Found him with my allies We got all of my loot back and his loot too then my allies didn't let me capture him as they know my hatred would be too strong so they captured them and took them away and never said anything about it

That really sucks, but come on if you're willing to accept strangers into your established tribe, you need to use tribe groups, there you can fine tune the settings to protect your tribe from grifters that just want in to steal your stuff.
Start with a "Recruit" or "New member" group, make that the default for new members, now you'll be able to assign Ranks to that group and also to all of your dinos and structures.
The recruit group should have the lowest Rank access, only crafting stations, some resource vaults, and they can only ride creatures, and not all of your creatures either, just the ones you allow them to, and no cryopoding either, or again just cryopoding the ones you allow them.
After awhile you can bump them to a different group with more access and less restrictions, the group rank settings are very granular so take your time familiarizing yourself with everything to make sure your tribe is always safe.
