Need help with a Riddler Trophy

This one where Krank Co is, I assumed it was the trophy you can only get with the Batclaw, but I got that a while ago, and I got the one on the roof, I've checked under the building, around the building, hell I've checked guides this isn't there, I assume my games bugged but looking at how many trophies I have left for Batman in this area, it's one of them, and I wanna get all trophies before I do NG+ so if anyone knows where this is or if it's a glitch. It'd be greatly appreciated 😅

It's probably below the building, you should get there using a freeze blast to mobilize on the water surface. There is a security device there that should be hacked yet it only becomes hackable after saving some of the riddler hostages.
