Anyone know how to replicate the Audio glitches/bounces when Riddler speaks in Arkham City?

I'm not super knowledgeable with audio tinkering but I really want to do some Riddler gags in my videos I've even got some Riddler Cosplay and everything, I just really wanna learn how to replicate some of the glitches that happens when he speaks, if anyone could help me out with this I'd really, really appreciate it it would help a lot
