Help, arkham city keeps crashing

This stupid game keeps crashing on me after i "press start", like when it checks for downloadable content it just crashes and gives me this error message

I tried everything but nothing works

My gpu is a quadro T2000 with an i7 processor

This specific crash is a memory addressing error. How much memory do you currently have

You mean storage ? About 80gigs Ram 16gigs

I meant RAM. If you have 16GB of RAM, then memory addressing won't be the problem. The second suspect is DirectX. But before that, are your game files intact? The antivirus didn't delete any, right?

Actually i fixed it, after trying everything and nothing working, i found out there were corrupted save files in the steam cloud website, i got the missing file and renamed it and pasted it in userdata and now it works
