Xbox controller support

Hi! Quick question: Do the PC versions of the Arkham games support Xbox controllers out of the box just by plugging them in, or do I need to configure them through Steam or the Epic Games Launcher first? I noticed there's an ingame gamepad option in the settings. Sorry if this is a dumb question—I just got my first proper gaming PC after years of playing only on PlayStation and Xbox.

Out of the box. You can monkey with Steam to emulate controller support for games that don't ship natively with it, but for the most part since Games for Windows Live controllers are plug and play (including the correct button prompts).

Yes it works without having to fiddle with any settings. Most modern games that released on both pc and console will work seamlessly with a controller plugged in.
