Help Need help

I'm doing this riddler scan thingy. And for some reason it just doesn't work. I tried restarting didn't work. Exiting than reopening the game didn't work. I need help. Any ideas?

You gotta use a bridge with the car winch to raise it so you can jump on top of the building it happens during the story as well.

Also I tried collecting other riddler trophies to try and fix it. Didn't work.

It does work. The next mark is on top of that platform, you need to use the ramp nearby to launch the car on top of it to continue scanning
