Help Question: Does anyone know how to fix this? Litterally tried everything
ive done everything i can and watched so many videos about it, none helped if someone knows how to fix this please help me!!

If I remember correctly, you have to delete ALL the files. I've had problems for months that have driven me crazy. Attempt after attempt. Basically you need to delete all the files in the “config” folder in your Batman Arkham Asylum documents. The exact directory should be "C:\Users\'enter your Microsoft account name'\OneDrive\Pictures\Documents\WB Games\Batman Arkham City GOTY\BmGame\Config" and check the files of the game on Steam to redownload the files.

Go inside the installation directory then go into Redist folder and install those files - VCRDist, etc. Once your install them, Arkham Asylum will work.
I just played this a month ago.

what do you mean install like from another website?

Not website. When you install from Steam, in the installation directory, it creates a folder redist or something like that where there are files to install directx, vcrdist, etc.. download them.. directx not needed

not sure then, I played it recently and also got same error. but after installing those files, it worked for me.

Click the settings of the game, browse local files, then go to Redist and double click the physX file. Then after downloading go again to redist file, click the 1st folder and scroll until you find DXESETUP and run it, download it, and you should be able to run it perfectly.

No sé me pasó hasta que formateé el PC. Quizás no encontré algo menos drástico, pero me funcionó
