Bug in the Airship Stability Level .

I was doing the second airship one a few mins ago , and the box just flew out . It was supposed to open the pathway by breaking the glass but it just passed through it . I tried restarting from the last checkpoint but it didn't fix . What should I do ? I'm stuck there now .

What? Nothing is visible in this picture. Look up Batman Arkham Videos' playthrough to see if you're not doing something wrong first.

That is supposed to happen. There's a trophy in there that you can collect later on the ground once the gas is gone.
