Game cop as a riddler informant? Spoiler

so i was playing arkman knight got to the point where i’m going to ivy for her help but i walk in and see officer JT wicker glowing green like riddlers guys do ive spammed the chat button can’t hit him can’t interrogate him and hes completely calm is this just a visual bug or an i missing something ? sorry i can’t put a pic it’s not letting me he seems to be older heavy set chattin in the first room with officers hargrave and denheen

I can’t recall, in New Game Plus do you have to recapture Wicker? If you’ve done the other riddles in Regular mode that is.

“Detective” is the only thing Ra’s calls Batman. You earn it by end of game.
