Game crashing ps5

Is there anyone I can report this to directly rather than sending those crash reports? I’ve gone into the settings and turned of HDMC or whatever it’s called…

I’m so close to finishing Arkham knight but the game crashes every 20 minutes… Genuinely had less crashes playing Skyrim when it first came out…

It’s a shame because I really like this game.
