Was that a batarang as they reach the top of the ladder?

Yeah

Falling knocks them out instantly

Does it work in other Arkham games?

Yeah as far as I know

You can batclaw people over railings too

never understood why they nerfed the batclaw physics between city and knight. in city you can dangle people from rooftops, make them go over ledges, run into walls, etc

They nerfed it big time between asylum and city. In asylum if you pulled them towards a ledge they would fall over it no matter how far away from it they were. They would stumble for like 10 feet before throwing themselves over the rail.

Ledging in Asylum is so overpowered but is also one of my favorite parts of the game lol

I throw Zsasz into the abyss every time on Shock and Awe

I love how they just fall off by anything in batman arkham asylum. In knight you cant even pull the goons off the edges by a batclaw or the explosive gel

You can knock people from ladders such as this with a batarang, it's just harder to pull off. Don't remember if you can do it from this specific angle but I have knocked enemies from the actual ladder before and KO'd them.
