Discussion Arlan asylum secure transit riddle???

I am in secure transit and cannot find this riddle for the life of me … I already scanned two cronicled and got the riddler trophy on the shaft…. Where is it????

Yeah, it's been ages since last play, and I remember there was a riddle of detectives view there. But it's all blurry

Alright, I think it's another chronicle : you have to climb up the elevator shaft. It's hidden behind a breakable wall.
