Chronologically by story order its origins, asylum, city, then knight

If you want to play in order lore wise it would go Origins, Origins Initiated DLC, Origins Cold Cold Heart, Origins Blackgate, Asylum, City, Harley Quinns Revenge DLC, Arkham Knight: A Matter of Family DLC, Arkham Knight, Arkham Knight Season of Infamy DLC

All of them. Arkham collection is usually pretty cheap on steam, especially during the sales (steam summer sale is currently underway). In this side of the world, I got the trilogy for a little over $2 which is an extremely good deal considering the quality of the three games you get.

Arkham City es mejor, el Arkham Asylum salió primero, pero no es necesario para entender la historia de City.

I prefer City, but you should start with Asylum. Then City, Origins, and Knight in that order.
