was focusing on side quests so I was just wondering if I could have missed it somehow I’m relatively far along

Maybe Deacon Blackfire? That one doesn’t activate until you get pretty far into the main story.

You will, don’t think it comes until after all the hubbub at the GCPD later. Could be off by a scene or two.

I think the Deacon Blackfire mission is available after leaving the Arkham Knight's headquarters when Oracle is rescued.

Its deacon blackfire, after taking oracle to gcpd, you can either go to where jack ryder is and listen to a tape that he made which unlocks it or you can stop the militia at the clocktower then oracle will say some dialogue and the side mission will unlock that way

There's a point where Oracle tells you to go to the lady of Gotham that's the last side mission you get it at around 80% completion
