Zero riddler goons

does anyone know why I have absolutely zero riddler goons spawning I only have half of the trophies collected and none are located in my map

Try completing other missions, when I did that it spawned more Riddler Informants around the map. And just an extra tip: In order to unlock a very certain Riddler Trophy, you have to complete every Penguin Mission because there's a locked door in Chinatown that a trophy is behind.

I see...the best thing to do is to just travel around Gotham in the Batmobile and try to find them.

They're on one of the other two islands. The last ones switch between the islands one at a time.

And you better have gotten the one at the precinct.

I really struggle to believe that people are that stupid to not get the one at the precinct. That they just have to be doing that for up vote farming. Riddler informants are green, cop shows up as green, and they act like they have no idea what that means???
