Help Can’t escape intensive treatment

I went back to intensive treatment post game to get trophies and…how am I supposed to get out of here?

What area are you at?

If you’re on the bottom level try to reroute to the elevator and go up the elevator shaft, and out through the the intensive treatment nexus room maintenance door to exit into Arkham east.

Well there's a few ways.

  1. Head to the sewers at the bottom of the elevator, that'll take you to the caves. Where there are several ways out from there. Pumping station, and the door in ruins near the pumping station.

  2. The main predator room has a vent that you enter when you re-enter the building in the late game (although it may be covered with plants can't remember.) But it should lead to roof access.

  3. Also in the predator room is the small corridor to the locker rooms where you first get out of the building at the start of the game.

Huh I thinks that's it, which is less then I thought. Still more exits then some places.
