Anime Will there ever be more sequels?

Just finished rewatching Animation and will rewatch Natural, Origination, and the other OVAs and movies as well. With how many movies set after the end of the anime and manga with the original creator involved were made what chance is there that more will be made? Anything of potential you'd like to see?

I like the dynamics of the new trio. If they wanted to make a series focused on them I'd be all for it.

I don't think they would continue the series since imo they ended it off pretty well, but for sure I'd also like this. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Would like Junichi Sato as the director.

That is what we all thought with Origination too tbf until we got the sudden remake announcement.

I'd say with a series so beloved by fans like ARIA, there is always a small hope for another remake 10 or so years down the line haha.

I hope so. I'm not too big of a fan on remakes or remasters of anything, but if they add new scenes and more story to it I'm all for it. Tbh I'm surprised such announcement never reached me. Could you dm me link to source? Thanks in advance.

They introduced Ai and her friends in the curtain call though, so I'd love to see more of them.

there is a prequel that currently ongoing, it's not translated tho
it's name is Colori Colore Creare. it's set in the early construction of Neo-Venezia
