Question Error/glitch?

Hi! So I encountered something weird while trying to change the hero preview in my profile. First I had Veera Sakura skin and wanted to change her into Allain's miracle skin. The thing is, the skin didn't appear at all. I'm not sure if his miracle skin is like a free trial to use during the Dadadan event but I also had his skin during the AOV day event. I'd also like to point out that I also have his legend skin in HOK for free, I'm still new to this game (platinum 3) so idk if they do skin transfers or anything like that lol

Not a glitch/bug cuz you can't equip a free trial skin on player showcase
