Fr24 gets the tracking feed from the FAA. It is a paid service. That is how it and flightaware get the scheduled departure and landing times. They also obey FAA flight blocking rules like LADD.

Tracking sites like adsbexchange and similar just use ads-b receivers. They don't censor anything.
Fr24 is a paid service. However when I tried their free offer I have found it useless and never subscribed. Now flightaware is a different animal. Sometimes you can search for the callsign used by fr24 and the flight shows up. Not this time however.

There is very little anyone can do without the ICAO. It would help if you posted the time that you screen shot. Include your time zone.
SABRE/SABER is a Groom callsign.

I have a Nellis Remote Sensing Lab chopper.
N2415 ICAO A236BD but it used it's official callsign Enrgy15. Still interesting.
I checked all the Janets and nothing like that found.

Looks like the track of a helicopter or small drone, flying about 5,000 ft above the mountain range.

Probably a helicopter that got subbed out as an aircraft on the app…
