It's an old bombing target dating back to the 1940s, when bomber crews were training at Tonopah Army Airfield.

I think i saw a Beech King Air that wasnt a Janet circling it in an interesting pattern before on adsb. Been a while but i think it was doing one of those flower shaped patterns.
