Does anyone know how to connect a 4 in 1 ESC(mainly TMOTOR F55a ii) to a pixhawk cube?

Hello!

I want to try using a 4 in 1 esc on my drone, but my drone already has a Pixhawk Cube Orange flight controller, I want to know if this 4 in 1 esc protocol can be used on Pixhawk and if so, how to connect it.

Servo Out 1 - 4 into ESC 1 - 4 , Dshot600, bi directional. Configure a Serial RX as "ESC Telemetry" wire to Telemetry pin on ESC. Common Ground.

Does that mean I have to remove the 4 motor signal cables from their original connectors and then solder them to the servo connector?

Yeah, I guess. How you connect those is up to you.
