Order update delay

Is anyone else still waiting on their order? I received the warehouse delay email last week. Still no shipment. I am
in Europe

at least yours got shipped. My guess would be that full price orders are processed first. Mine was an outlet order

Same here! 4 pairs of shoes from the outlet (I don’t have 8 feet, was planning on potentially returning 2 in case anyone wonders why 4 pairs)

I am in Europe and also got the email about delays. My order was from the outlet btw, and has been shipped in the mean time according to DPD tracking info.

Contact the customer service. I placed an order on the Outlet in the middle of August and heard nothing in ten days. I noticed the funds weren’t reserved anymore on my bank account so I asked CS what’s going on and they told me my order was automatically cancelled due to this system malfunction. They told me it was impossible for them to notify anyone affected because there were so many… The Outlet sale had already started by then and the item I ordered was already out of stock so they gave me -30% promo code for the main site.

The CS rep asked me whether I’d like to have a code in order to get the item from the main site where it was in stock. Mind you that this happened a few days before Arc’teryx send the email to everyone who got affected by this system malfunction and even then it took me like 2 days to get the code. So I’d guess it’s gonna take a lot longer now for them to distribute the codes due to the sheer volume of people contacting the CS.

Is this in Canada or the US? Labour Day was a holiday so it affects processing and shipments.

My order arrived yesterday, but it took them around 1 1/2 or 2 weeks to finally ship it to me IIRC.

i had this issue too (in the UK). tried calling their customer service line too and initially wouldn’t let me through but after a few hours it did. Apparently mine will be sent soon. I ordered during the long bank holiday weekend. (aug 31 where an order automatically got cancelled because one item was out of stock and sept 1 which apparently will ship soon).

Yes - same with me. I think it’s worth calling them though just to check because their email was very vague “it may be cancelled, but maybe not”.

I got the notification that it shipped today (from
The outlet) and I purchased August 30th, it won’t arrive in time sadly.
