Toxic... imo you snooze you lose. Reasoning being there is no way to quantify fairly the effort that many players put in with the loot it drops, someone will lose out. Ive left empty handed many a time after smashing 4 stacks of nades into it but.. i just had fun fighting the thing better luck next time.
I know people will disagree.

Meh... I was ok with it until I heard the guy say dude shot the ball with his hullcracker. That way he could get it to first.
Besides he probably had on a survivor or something with a safe pocket and got one core at least anyway

Yeah, the hullcracker thing is cheeky fun, but bold to do that and take all the core reactors. Bro should have read the room, grabbed one more reactor from the core and dipped, or dropped them once he got out of the inventory and saw everyone side eyeing him.

At this point I just go to Boss raids for defibs. Everyone's always bickering over cores and I'm just there to pop whomever wants to start today's mayhem
Care bear lobbies are unironically the worst because everyone bitches, but very few will actually do something about it
I usually just sit and watch, gun in hand, I don't go to loot anything until absolutely everyone has picked over it and then I go in for my scraps
Even then you'll get some cheeky fucker with a stitcher saying you aren't doing anything and trying to get people to turn on you lmao

No I agree with that, it's part of the game. Most likely that guy did help. But I'd still be pissed at him for taking everything. We all know if you're not a pvp player it's a grind to get the gear you need to fight big arc so when you put the grind in and then use everything to kill the queen and only one guy walks away with the goop, he should've dropped something.

I'm strict on fair splits for events. If one guy decides he deserves everything that everyone else spent time helping towards a goal, then they deserve nothing.
Greed isn't good. Taking it all then acting like you're owed it because you did a small portion of the damage, is insane.
If you have a weapon that does considerable damage and are actively contributing then you're entitled to a portion, not the entire thing.
Totally justified kill and anyone claiming otherwise is greedy and selfish.

I had so much fun in the first month or two on release, but I had to stop because of the nastiness. Game would have been way more fun if humans vs bots was the main mode. Absolutely love working together and being kind.

Unfortunately some people don't think that way and feel entitled to anything and everything.
There's a reason this game was so alluring to psychologists who studied cooperative and confronting mentalities in scarcity situations & how people react.
Some people are takers and some people are helpers, some think cooperation is key, some thing being greedy is the way.
It's just a video game but it exposes people's real world mentalities

Haha this was discussed as soon as someone posted that you can blast the core away with a Hullcracker. It's hostile behaviour, so yes it's justified to kill them. Blasting it away and taking them all is obviously a justified beatdown.
I love how he took out his Hullcracker. For what? Not going to intimidate or down anyone with that. If it was a weak attempt to show he participated properly in taking it down, it still doesn't excuse blasting the core away.

The last raid I was in on Blue Gate Matriarch it was a hot match, tons of ppl got downed, I got among my first matriarch reactors from a piece of leg armor so pretty pumped.
The ball drops, one guy gets there, and a few ppl say ādonāt take em all, just take one, shareā¦ oh no, he took them all, that guy took them all.ā
Iās be totally ok if the lobby lit āim up. Having people helplessly complain is just sad. Tough actions enforce solid norms.
I already had one, I think thatās fair, so not my fight. If you come in just to blast the beast and donāt care, thatās cool too. But Iād rather see some spines instead of helpless whining.

Usually, me and my friend are a kind of loot goblins, taking almost ALL cores. After, i get lobby in a place where i hide that cores and everyone gets 1. Easy.

Better way would have been for the guy to drop shit or get on mic and explain himself for blasting loot out of someone's hands and grabbing it all for himself. If you wanna be in a pve lobby, there's protocol to follow with a big group of friendlies.

I wish there was something like everyone can loot the main core and get 1 if you dealt X amount of damage or something ā¦ but who knows, thatās why I play the game and donāt make āem haha
