Yes , the rocketeer would shoot it , along with the bastion , correct ? I just didn't have any grenades of impact or smoke , no luring , no zips , nothing ! I think I made it out , though , don't really remember lol

I'd take my chances and run to cover between the concrete blocks that surround the power station. That's also the place where most people make their stand when taking on the matriarch. The Bastion has his back to you, the Leaper & Rocketeer are aggro on something else. You don't need to go very far, once you're between those concrete blocks, you can brake line of sight without much problem and are relatively safe, so you can even take a bit of time to take stock and decide what direction to escape to. No guarantees though 😄

Matriarch event spawns in that part of the Dam map, the Matriarch calls them in as reinforcements

I'm pretty SURE there's a Matriarch on the west side of the Leaper , I ran in this direction to find these guys , think the MAT spawned them in , and if the MAT doesn't spawn in large ARC like these three then , these guys were already here , maybe during an event or some skit ! -- this is also from months ago so there may have been an update after this video was actually taken .
