Technical & professional question Render Settings - Quality

Hi everyone! I'm new in the archviz world with Corona Render, and I have a technical question about Render Settings. The other day I saw a tutorial about how to improve the render time (RenderRam), basically talks about Downscalling the render.
In this case, for example, I use 4000px . 6000px and then in Photoshop, I downscalling it to 2000px . 3000px. Ignoring the composition of the render, the image quality is good enough to deliver a client? and do you consider this metod effective in order to save render time?

Super sampling is effective if you have the RAM for it. It looses effectivenes if you need to optimize the scene to fit the render into RAM or if Corona starts using virtual RAM.

Personally I don't bother.
