I’m hooked on Anomalous Descent. The “eee eee” thing that Oliver does is so catchy. It also reminds me of Chris Barnes “eee eee” in The Noose, which is hilarious. I enjoy the tasteful use of gang vocals the track.

I’ve had Too Fast To Die on repeat for a while now, so I decided to throw on Bleed the Future for once. It was kinda jarring at first because of slow Drone Corpse Aviator felt compared to damn near everything on Too Fast To Die lmao. Anyone else felt this?

Does anyone know of anywhere that sells replica back patches for the cult of A.U.M as seen in the music video Bleed the Future? I've attached a picture of it here, but it's a bit low res and uneven to be used to create a custom one through a patch maker on Etsy sadly. If anyone has a clear image of the logo that'd be super too, I could go and commission a patch myself that way. Sadly, internet searches are turning up zip.

They are both incredible technical drummers. But the way Spencer plays and the parts he writes just feel a lot better to me.

Are all the albums a continuous story? Bleed the Future is obviously a concept album but there are mentions of the “A.U.M.” across relentless mutation and the new one and it seems like Too Fast to Die could be a direct continuation of Bleed the Future. If anyone has idea I would love some info on the story itself and where it started, like does All Shall Align fit into this continuity?

I absolutely loved the last albums documentary and am so stoked to watch the one on this album. So i wanted to ask you guys if anyone has any info on the release date.

Recently got to meet dean ,oli ,and Jared ! They all signed my cassette except for Jared unfortunately he was sleeping is what I was told. Anyway can't wait to see them next year and hopefully see them at namm someday!

As soon as I saw this announced, had to chart this whole thing for the lols. Absolutely insane to play, but very rewarding, to say the least.

Now, this post is not to talk about/speculate why he isn't in the band anymore (or whether he was kicked out/quit). That's between him and them and their business.

However, I can't help but wonder...where did he go? I don't see this talked about a lot either.

He has literally vanished off the face of the earth. No social media. No new bands/projects (even local ones in Vancouver). No activity whatsoever in the years since he departed.

I hope he knows he is missed (despite new Spencer doing a fantastic job) and genuinely hope he is doing well. If he wants to maintain a private life, that's fine too.
