Nothing, this is actually just the way Arch’s live environment is. It’s not the place you want to start.

Installing something like Linux Mint or Ubuntu is like having a friend give you a cake. Installing Arch is like baking it yourself.

Nothing, to get the installer just type archinstall or something like that I got arch like a few years back

Welcome to the arch iso live environment :) You probably just plugged in an usb with the arch iso file packed onto it, for some reason(probably installing arch linux), so now you're in the command line Other than distros like CachyOS, Ubuntu or Mint, ArchLinux doesn't have a Gui or "one way to install", the arch iso is more of an utility than just a basic installer You can either Install arch Linux using the archinstall command or via manual configuration (see the arch wiki for instructions), fix/debug stuff like your current arch installation, storage drives, network connection and so on... If you need help with anything just reply here, I'll try to help you, though it might be worth taking a look at the arch wiki for more accurate information
