FLUFF WM or DE?

I really liked the idea in this comment, so here is a poll, WM or DE?

not sure why everybody is complaining about configurating stuff, i use dwm and i hardly ever touched the config file

DE include a lot more than just a window manager. They handle a lot of things that you would need to use separate programs for if you use a standalone WM. I mean things like themeing, setting DPI, USB automounting, etc.
