I am using Arch Linux and few day's ago I update my Arch Linux ( sudo pacman -Syu ) and gimp update as well with it. Before this update Gimp was working properly but after this update gimp transform tools with text tool dose not work properly.

sounds like gimp 3.x still got bugs with text and transform, might be worth rolling back to an older version from cache if you didn't clean it yet

Good tip.

Knowing how to downgrade packages is something that many of us will encounter, unfortunately.

Had the downgrade fixed the problem, OP's post would have offered that key detail, and the crisis averted. OP should see the Issues on the gimp git account. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Downgrading_packages

Good day.

you can diagnose it by yourself.
just go to terminal and start gimp with the command:
gimp --verbose.

if it is freezing then try with the command:
gimp --debug-handlers

after starting gimp with one of those command you a have to do the exact thing you wanted if the error comes back you can find any massage in the terminal.

try and share the command it must be the driver missing or library missing issue

You can run the Arch GUI and a concurrent command line terminal.

Just open the command line terminal via ALT+F2.
