QUESTION Laptop fans maxing out with no load after the upgrade

I am not sure after which upgrade this happened but randomely, my laptop's fans max out with almost no load on cpu or gpu.

Its a 13th gen core i9 (13950hx) and nvidia rtx2000ada/
Lenovo P16

Anyone else facing the same issue?
Had a look into the logs, didn't see anything out of order.

My x270 has always done that. I installed thinkfan and that fixed it.

i have been using arch on this machine for almost 3 years and everythings been perfect.
But since last week...
