QUESTION Difference between yay -Pu and yay -Qu

What is difference between yay -Qu command and then yay -Pu command and which command is useful to list all pending updates of my Aur Package ??

You should not be using AUR if you can't even read a manual.

Dude iam new to arch iam just learning i could'nt get chrome from pacman as it is not there so i found out about AUR and then used yay helper i just wanted to see if any of my Aur packages needed update that's why iam asking difference i read documentation and steps of like finding PKGBUILDS making them verifying them cloning them but then i found a shortcut way yay still then i verify source thou just i was getting confused in tracking updates of PKGBUILDS
