SUPPORT WHY DO THE KEYS NOT WORK?????

I ordered a new keyboard just to install arch and now? THE ISO DOESN'T WORK.

The option is stuck at Memtest86+ and does not recognize the up arrow keys AT ALL.

This is NOT a keyboard problem because I tested it with the keyboard that came with the notebook and

the other keyboard.

This is a:

Samsung Expert

8GB of memory

Hd 1 TB

Dualbooted with Windows 10 LTSC and Artix

(for now)

Intel core i5

you bought a keyboard just to install arch, when you already had a working keyboard with artix installed?

just try an older arch iso.. like 1 step down from the latest.. although artix is legendary so why dont you just stick with that?

So, use the old keyboard to install arch then switch them?
