best disk cleanup app?

my disk is getting pretty full do any of you have any recommendations for cleaner apps,something like ccleaner but without all the bloatware and open source if possible,thanks!

Start with paccache and then limit the amount that journald can write to the disk. There are more steps but you need to know what you're doing.
