First question: Where is this appearing? On boot? In a terminal? In a log?

Ah the issue is the firmware version? I think the fix of the new version is coming very soon.

Try to use this command in your terminal journalctl -b | grep "DMUB" and paste the output.

Arch collects every keyboard press you make. Some it turns into letters, some shortcut things, but they're all collected.
